Collaboration:  

@task’s prime feature of the project management program is the ability to keep everyone involved in a project current on updates and changes. Whether you’re the client, team member, manager or CEO, you can easily view the status of the project. Additionally, each member involved with the project will have an interface and information customized to his needs. Projects created on Microsoft Project can be integrated with @task, and vice-versa.

Resource Management:  

Once you add users to the project management software, you can also add their contact information and, if they’re clients, assign them to specific companies. Again, you can customize the settings for each user or add them to a group with specific settings.

@task also has a capacity planner that lets you add a project to a schedule and calculate if it’s feasible to accomplish during the set period. This feature compares the resources you have to the resources the project requires. If required, you can easily drag and drop the project to a different time, therefore calculating the best timeframe to proceed with the project.

A new and unique feature to @task is Clik, a desktop application that lets you update projects, send notes and manage resources—all while offline.  Clik then syncs to the project management software when you log on.
